Terms of Service for Prism Frames

Welcome to Prism Frames (art.prismframes.linkpc.net). By accessing our website and ordering figures, posters, frames, or commissioning artwork, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Commission Process

Consultation: Every project begins with a consultation via WhatsApp or Email. A quote is provided based on the product category, complexity, size, and materials requested.

Approval: Work begins only after the client approves the digital mockup or conceptual design.

2. Payment Terms

• Deposits: We may require a non-refundable deposit before beginning production on bespoke pieces.
• Final Payment: Full payment is required before the physical product is shipped or delivered.
• Pricing: Prices are subject to change based on custom requirements and material costs.

3. Customization & Accuracy

Each product is prepared according to the selected format, including 3D figures, premium posters, framed displays, or custom artwork.

Client Responsibility: The client is responsible for providing accurate references and approving designs during the consultation phase.

4. Intellectual Property

Artist Rights: Prism Frames retains the rights to artistic techniques and original designs. We may display completed work in our gallery (excluding personal images) unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Client Content: If a client provides logos or images, they confirm they have the rights to use them.

5. Shipping & Liability

While we use premium materials and protective packing, Prism Frames is not liable for damage caused by improper handling, hanging, environmental exposure, or third-party shipping once the item leaves our studio.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of custom products and commissions, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once production has started, except in cases of clear manufacturing defects.
